Early Start Description

Early Start depicts a 37 foot Merritt Sportfisherman idling out past anchored smacks and their still sleeping crews.

Many a scene like this was witnessed by visiting yachtsmen and sportfishermen in the Chub Cay area in the 1970's and 1980's.

For a marine artist, there is almost nothing as beautiful as the clear Bahamian sky as a new day breaks through and the banks and flats come alive.
